ABOUT KELLY E. SKWARCAN
Kelly Skwarcan is a leadership consultant, public speaker, researcher, and Amazon #1 bestselling author. A graduate of the University of Notre Dame, she combines rigorous psychological training with a storyteller’s eye for detail and narrative.

Through her company, Kelly Communications, LLC, Kelly delivers psychology-driven leadership training to military and private-sector audiences. Her signature presentation, "Leadership in Crisis: The Titanic, Carpathia, & Californian"—a nationally touring, interactive case study adopted by ROTC battalions and detachments across the country—intertwines historical analysis with evidence-based psychology. She has also been invited to speak at the U.S. Naval Academy and other premier venues.

This flagship training gives leaders practical tools drawn from psychology to strengthen team cohesion, build resilient climates, and lead with moral clarity. Her work translates research into real-world application, helping leaders create cultures of trust and integrity in both crisis and daily command.
